![]() Many of our products are in sturdy PET jars. We opted for this because research had shown that the greatest environmental cost was not the packaging, but damaged packaging. As a result, food is lost and we have to resend the lost products. By making our packaging more robust, we have succeeded in significantly reducing the amount of damages during transit. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens. This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, soy and sulphite. Whole white pepper corns, 100% natural, without additives. Also accent your egg dishes with these pepper balls, or try a twist of the pepper mill over a fresh goat cheese. Our Sarawak pepper has a nice sharp flavor with a hint of licorice, and is therefore excellent in rubs for meat and poultry. ![]() In the months of August and September, when the fruits are thoroughly ripe. Unlike its black counterpart, the berries are harvested by hand by local farmers late in the season. These pepper bulbs come from the island of Borneo, on the edge of deep rain forests in the region of Sarawak. Tastes differ, but this pepper has the reputation of being "the best white pepper in the world".
